DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create unforgettable customer experiences by forging lasting relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service to every customer.
Greet customers authentically and engagingly.
Prepare fitting rooms, assist with finding sizes, and give knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
Achieve sales goals in a commission-based environment.
Stay informed about product knowledge in fashion and activewear.
Communicate inventory needs and assist with projects focused on customer experience.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked and maintained daily.
Collaborate with management on inventory management and merchandising.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail store and selling floor.
Execute cash control procedures accurately.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and during Black Friday and the holiday season (November 28, 2023 - January 13, 2024).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and respond to feedback.
