Inside Sales Responsibilities Include:
Exceptional customer service skills
Establish and maintain profitable relationships with contractors, and end scaffold users
Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate sales and rental equipment needs
Handle incoming calls and manage phone inquiries effectively.
Provide sales support by assisting with the creation of quotes, reaching out to customers, and maintaining customer files
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, and in-person
Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Software knowledge of Abacus helpful, but will train
An outgoing personality combined with good work ethic
Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish
High School Diploma or equivalent
Retail sales experience
Proficient with multi-line phone system and computer skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
