About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, face-to-face sales reps to help local businesses improve their customer feedback and Google reviews using UseBenchmark.com, an SMS-based communication and reputation platform designed for brick-and-mortar businesses.

You’ll walk into businesses, demo the product directly from your phone, and close monthly subscriptions. We provide the CRM, lead lists, and training so you can focus entirely on selling. Benchmark handles all backend support, onboarding, billing, and customer service.

This is a commission-only role with real recurring income.

What You’ll Do

Visit local businesses in your territory (door-to-door encouraged)

Pitch and demo our software (simple 2–5 minute phone demo)

Show businesses how to improve Google reviews with minimal effort

Close monthly subscriptions

Track leads and follow-ups in our CRM

Expand your territory as you succeed

What You’ll Earn

40% Commission – First 12 Months

You earn 40% of all collected subscription revenue for the first year of each client or location you sign.

Monthly pricing (per location):

Basic Plan - $55/month = $22/month commission

Standard Plan - $110/month = $44/month commission

Premium Plan - $150/month = $60/month commission

Commissions are paid monthly and are based only on actual payments collected.

$250 bonus for every 10 clients or locations signed

Bonuses stack with recurring commissions

$7,200 over 12 months

20 Premium locations

$1,200/month recurring commission

$14,400 over 12 months

$500 bonus

$14,900 total first-year earnings

Multi-location clients can earn $1,500–$3,000+ per deal over a year.

There is no cap on commissions.

Training and demo guidance

Backend support (onboarding, billing, customer service)

What We Don’t Provide

No salary or hourly pay

No gas or expense reimbursement

No equipment provided (bring your own phone)

Confident communicator who can walk into businesses cold

Motivated and results-driven

Organized and able to track leads

Sales experience is a plus, but training is provided
