We work with architects, designers, and commercial clients across the country — and we’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Support Account Manager with client communication & scheduling
Help prepare proposals and assist with client presentations
Make 30–35 outreach calls daily to new potential clients
Manage calendars, organize meetings & track sales activity
Maintain relationships with vendors and clients
Participate in social media engagement (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Requirements:
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Positive, motivated attitude
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation for client visits
