We are looking for a bilingual Automotive Sales Associate with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team! Applicant must be highly motivated, with lots of energy, and have strong people skills. Bi-lingual is a MUST! The position is open to start immediately! Salary PLUS commission, We are offering a very competitive compensation for the right person with the right experience.
Job Requirements:
MUST speak both English and Spanish
MUST have minimum 1 year of experience with automotive sales
Strong typing & people skills
Needs to be tech / social media savvy
Professional attitude with a desire to succeed
Needs to be punctual and meet deadlines
Must be a team player and be able to communicate efficiently to various departments
Job Responsibilities:
POST on Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram.
POST on Auto Websites and Apps such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, craigslist.!
Marketing Campaigns with facebook Ads and Youtube and Instagram
Call customer leads and references (outbound calling)
Handle marketing for the dealership.
Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
Set appointments.
Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
Field inbound phone calls on a daily basis; make at least 50 outbound/inbound phone calls to gain new growth for dealer
Generate sales appointments to promote greater revenue
Efficiently record all customer interaction-activity in the Company's customer database system; enter notes in a timely basis
and write in professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.
Update inventory, Title work, and call customers to collect payments
