Our clinic is growing and we are looking for a Medical Aesthetician/ Medical Assistant / Laser technician

Position title: Part time, 2-3 days per week

Location: Houston, TX (Southwest area)

Availability: some weekends required

Compensation: details are discussed during interview

We are specifically looking for experienced Aestheticians / Laser Hair Removal Techs/ Medical assistants that are skilled and dedicated to their craft. Sales experience is a plus. We are looking for team players.

The ideal candidate will have their own clientele (or open to building clientele in the area) and would be open to marketing on their social media to acquire more clientele.

Job Duties:

Perform consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and goals.

Administer a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.

Conduct laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, laser tattoo removal, and other laser-based procedures using state-of-the-art equipment.

Ensure client safety and satisfaction by adhering to proper protocols and standards of care.

Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care regimens.

Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive skincare solutions.

Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and industry developments.

Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment.

Assist in inventory management and ordering of skincare products and supplies.

Requirements:

Certified or Highly experienced Esthetician and Laser Technician.

Proven experience in administering a variety of skincare treatments and laser procedures.

Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare ingredients, and skin conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and concerns.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to continuously learn and expand skill set.

Basic computer skills for maintaining client records.

Prior experience in a medical spa setting is preferred.
