Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for technical excellence? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Technician Manager at ENVIRONMENTAL EXHAUST SERVICE. As a leader in kitchen exhaust cleaning industry, we are dedicated to innovation and delivering top-tier services to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION
Lead and oversee daily cleaning team activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Maintain constant communication to address issues and coordinate tasks. Assistance to the General Manager in logistics. Participation in required repairs, among other tasks. Check inventory weekly and ensure supplies for service delivery.
EXECUTION AND TRAINING
Train staff, ensuring procedure compliance. Lead by example in cleaning. Provide support in complex situations. Conduct regular evaluations for improvement.
REPORTING AND AUDITING
Produce regular reports on performance, conduct audits for improvement, and address incidents to prevent recurrence
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Identify and implement enhancements to operations and service quality. Collaborate on improvement programs with other departments. Analyze data for informed decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS:
Electrical and Mechanical knowledge is needed
Expertise in commercial cleaning is a plus
