Kitchen Equipment Solutions (KES) is searching for reliable and motivated individuals with a history of performing BUILDING MAINTENANCE who is interested in becoming a technician for the KES Houston team. Applicants should possess an all-around general knowledge of maintenance repairs (plumbing, tile, sheetrock, lighting, painting and etc.). The position responsibilities will be performing building repairs to several company owned restaurant brands including Jack In The Box, Taco Bueno and Einstein Bagel locations throughout the Houston and surrounding area. KES corporate office is located in Irving, Texas; our areas covered are Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Waco. We offer a steady position that is not seasonal, competitive pay, good benefits and a great work environment.
Position Requirements
- Plumbing experience, as well as various types of building repairs/maintenance
- Respond to emergencies during and after normal work hours
- Able to perform On-Call rotation
- Have history of excellent customer service
- Have history of working unsupervised and remaining motivated
- Have history of following company procedures
- Texas driver's license
