Position Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Parking Lot Striper to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to produce consistent, accurate striping work. Experience is required. We are not able to train at the moment.
Responsibilities
Lay out and stripe parking lots, drive lanes, curbs, and ADA markings
Operate striping machines, blowers, and related equipment
Perform basic layout using measurements, chalk lines, and marking tools
Prep job sites by cleaning, sweeping, pressure washing and removing old markings when required
Load/unload equipment and maintain striping machines
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Communicate with supervisors and occasionally customers on job site needs
Work evenings or early mornings and weekends as needed (based on weather and customer schedules)
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow directions, measure accurately, and work efficiently
Experience with line striping equipment is a plus but not required
Must be punctual, professional, and team-oriented
Other Duties include but are not limited to:
- General labor for sealcoating, concrete repair, asphalt repair, joint sealing, sign and carstop install etc
