-Set appointments and generate leads/referrals.
-Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar, including cost savings, the advantages of clean energy, and its value as a home investment.
-Learn how to conduct in-home presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
-Feel comfortable and confident speaking.
-(Desired) Funny
-Have your own transportation
-Cell phone to show proposals.
-Positive attitude.
-Attend and successfully complete the Sales Consultant Training program.
Compensation
-Commission based, based on KW (kilowatt) sales. 55% profit.
-BONUS after 2 SALES.
Average first year income of between $75,000 and $125,000; annual salary of over $125,000 from the second year onwards.
