We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven hands-on experience. This position is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and new/installation projects of physical plant, production machinery and/or equipment. This is a highly visible and important role within our organization, that supports all departments, and various engineering projects, as well as some vendor contact.

Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.

Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.

Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations.

Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in building.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

Qualifications:

High School education, or equivalent

1 - 2 years of previous experience in related industry or field

Professional communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong attention to detail in a dynamic work environment with the ability to consistently recognize changing priorities

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; strongly prefer ERP manufacturing specific software

HVAC knowledge valued but not required

Self-driven initiative to respond to fluid work environment and rapidly changing priorities

Hands-on production, welding, or machine shop, CNC, manual machines experience is beneficial

Working knowledge computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Organized & detail-oriented with a commitment to 100% completion of projects.

Enthusiastic team player, Creative thinker, focus on bottom-line results while managing for Total Quality Assurance Compliance

Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer other than current employer

Must be fluent in English, any other language skills are beneficial
