Job Opportunity: Master General Maintenance Technician (Immediate Hire)
Are you a master of general maintenance with the ability to independently handle projects from start to finish? Our 22-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown is undergoing exciting renovations, and we’re urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Master General Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately!
About the Role:
You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our hotel during and after renovations. This position requires expertise across multiple trades, the ability to take ownership of projects, and a readiness to start right away.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute maintenance and repair projects, including:
Drywall
Electrical
Plumbing
Painting
Carpentry
Plan, manage, and complete maintenance tasks independently, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
Collaborate with contractors during renovation projects, ensuring work aligns with hotel standards.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass wide panel Drug-Test, & background test
Proven experience as a master-level general maintenance technician.
Advanced skills in sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute projects independently.
Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as required.
Availability to start immediately.
What We Offer:
Compensation: $20/Hr
