Job Description:
As a Journeyman Electrician at IPS, you’ll work closely with the site foreman and Project Management to execute top-quality installations that meet current electrical codes. We’re looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety standards 100% of the time. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, can read blueprints, understands special systems, and is skilled in terminating service sections, distribution centers, panel boards, transformers, and disconnecting motor controls.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the electrical trade.
- Proficient in installing PVC, RIGID, FLEX, GRC.
- Capable of making multiple circuits with multiple ground conductors.
- Skilled in termination.
- Experience working with two apprentices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficient with hydraulic benders.
