Multiple locations need a few service techs, as each service tech only covers a small area of 20-25 miles (range is your decision) around your home and if that area is taken by someone who started before you then you can choose the area you want to drive to, that is not taken, and stay in that area all day; We don't expect you to travel to all locations unless you want to.
This is a subcontract position; not hourly employee. Pay on a 1099 once a week, but you will need to track your own income, we currently do not send any IRS form at the end of year telling you how much we paid you. Pay lags a week behind; get paid this week for the work completed and billed for last week.

SHANE’S A/C NEEDS: motivated, responsible experienced service techs in A/C and Heat repair/replace with EPA certifications, Appliance repair, Pool and Spa repair, and Garage Door and Opener repair, and handyman services.
If you can do all trades, GREAT!
If you can only do one or two trades, well that is fine also
We service for residential and commercial customers, as well as home warranty companies, and have steady appointments throughout the year. We operate M-F between 8 am to 6 pm, with the last service scheduled at 4pm which allows plenty of time for around 4 - 8 calls per day.
If you only work with the Warranty Company service calls; this opportunity could provide around 70+k per year on that easy schedule, If you choose to take after hours calls; you could make well over 150k or more per year. Please contact us for more information.
