Dispatcher Office Assistant

We are hiring for a dispatcher office assistant. We are looking for a person with dispatcher experience preferably in on demand courier dispatching. If you have on-demand courier dispatcher experience you will be moved to the top of our list. We need someone that is not afraid to work. We are busy and with that we need someone with the sense of urgency, someone that needs to be focused on priorities and be able to multitask. We are a 24 hours 7 days a week courier/freight company in Houston. We have a rotation on call system so we need someone that can share that rotation.

We have been in business over 36 years. We deliver everything from an envelope to a full box truck load of goods. Anywhere in Houston and the surrounding areas in Texas and sometimes outside of Texas from East Coast to The West coast of the US. We are heavy into medical. We receive orders that must be assigned to our independent drivers from ASAP orders to Regular all day deliveries. The dispatcher must have experience in being able to do this. Must have attention to detail and do whatever it takes to make sure our deliveries are made. Please send us your resume of experience and your salary desired.
