Description MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE BUILDING AN E-COMMERCE PLATFORM FROM THE GROUND UP! We are in search of an E-Commerce Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Humble, Texas. The successful candidate will be playing a pivotal role in managing our e-commerce platforms and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role also includes conducting market research, supporting digital marketing strategies, managing customer relations, and tracking e-commerce activities.Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company's e-commerce platforms, including Walmart, Dollar General, HEB, Kohls, and Amazon. Product optimization, SEO, and product positioning for sales generation. Unearth new business opportunities and trends in the digital marketplace to bolster sales. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotions and sales campaigns specific to each online platform. Continually monitor and adjust promotional activities to optimize sales. Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover potential online business opportunities and understand competitive trends. Analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences. Support the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media advertising. Ensure maximum visibility by monitoring and optimizing online product listings. Handle customer inquiries and concerns across all e-commerce platforms, striving to provide quick, efficient responses and resolutions. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Regularly track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all e-commerce activities. Provide detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting the effectiveness of sales efforts.Requirements MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE BUILDING AN E-COMMERCE PLATFORM FROM THE GROUND UP! A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce environment. Proficient in CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and data. Demonstrated experience in product management, including product development and market positioning. Strong background in e-commerce management and sales, with a focus on optimizing online sales channels. Knowledge of retail e-commerce, including understanding of best practices and trends within the industry. Proven ability to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive growth. Experience in email marketing, including campaign creation, execution, and analysis. Familiarity with social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
