You will handle correspondence from internal and external customers as the first tier of customer support. The CSR performs administrative activities in support of Human Resources functions.Basic Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of customer service techniques. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be customer and detail oriented and possess good decision-making ability. Strong troubleshooting abilities are a must.Educational Qualifications: MINIMUM of a High School or GED. Associates Degree helpful.Important information:
