Commercial Coordinator

As a Commercial Coordinator, you’ll work cross-functionally to support the execution of product launches, gather and manage data, coordinate samples and tastings, and help maintain product documentation. Key CompetenciesFinancial Acumen, Data/Analytics, Consumer/Customer Focus, Planning and Priority Setting, CommunicationDuties & ResponsibilitiesSupport new product development processes by coordinating timelines, samples, and documentation.Assist in organizing and tracking product tastings and supplier samplings with cross-functional partners.Maintain accurate product data and specifications in systems and shared databases.Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product status, lead times, and packaging specs.Collaborate with QA, Procurement, and Operations to ensure seamless product onboarding and updates.Help coordinate packaging proof approvals and ensure alignment with branding guidelines.Prepare and distribute reports, meeting recaps, and documentation as needed.Participate in competitor analysis, trend tracking, and store visits to stay current on market innovations.This job posting describes the general duties and responsibilities for the position.
