As a Principal Salesforce Architect, you will provide hands-on leadership for Salesforce skills-focused team building and enhancing products and systems in our service-oriented, scalable environment. As our engineering organization grows, you will help ensure we keep the talent bar high and grow the skills and capabilities of the team. You will be instrumental in helping various teams draw the most value from our tools through processes, guidelines, governance and other business tools. The candidate must understand iterative release cycles in high growth and agile environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and practices around Salesforce development.-Performs architectural analysis and design for systems across Salesforce's tenants.-Partners with various technology leaders and business stakeholders to translate program requirements into technical solutions and system designs.-Documents and communicates designs, estimates, and implementation plans to program stakeholders.-Collaborates with other members of the delivery teams, including architects and technical leads, to evaluate solutions and gain consensus on technical direction.-Lead Salesforce development teams and earn the respect of talented developers and admins.-Customize, Enhance and Integrate Salesforce.com applications.-Build technology solutions, aligning both business and technical considerations.RequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceQualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years' experience.
