Adecco is seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Receptionist in Irving, TX, to manage the front desk and reception area of our facility. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist role, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, and performing basic data entry. Cover the front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area.
Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
Perform basic data entry and maintain records.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the office.
Qualifications
Previous receptionist experience is required (2-3 years preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
