Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Executive Reporting Specialist for a contract to hire assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Irving, TX . Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and compile presentations and reports for leadership consumption
  • Translate multiple sets of information and data into on-going and value-added narratives
  • Analyze documentation, data, and metrics to identify risk, performance and quality issues, and significant variances and trends
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand new report / data requirements and ensure results meet the ask
  • Organize follow-ups and key actions for traceability and impact
Required Skills :
  • Expertise in compiling artifacts for senior executives
  • Extensive experience in presentation frameworks (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Visio etc)
  • Knowledge of best practices in data visualization; shows creativity in developing visualizations which communicate effectively
  • Direct experience working in multi-dimensional development projects / programs with diverse technology stack and global deployments
  • Quickly understand the business and technology landscapes through the stakeholder lens and compile crisp and concise reports for senior stakeholder consumption
  • Must be able to connect solutions to problem areas
  • Must approach through an analytical mindset
  • Working knowledge of financial products
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to understand detailed problem resolution discussions and condense pertinent facts for senior leadership
  • Ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify data quality issues quickly, addressing / escalating / resolving with priority
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong familiarity with SDLC and best practices
  • Sound understanding of business analysis concepts and principles
  • Must be a self-starter, effective listener, problem solver and team player
