Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 yrs experience in power electronics design.

Designing system-level and detailed circuitry for power electronic circuits, including control and interface circuits, to meet engineering specifications.
Collaborating with overseas engineering or technical support groups for product localization.
Conducting tests, analyzing test data, and preparing comprehensive test reports to document operational performance and ensure product compliance with customer requirements and relevant industry standards.
Specifying components for integration into drives, photovoltaic inverters, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
Contributing technical content for product manuals to ensure clear and comprehensive documentation.
Participating in and sometimes leading design reviews, both internally and with customers, to address technical and program management challenges.
Managing Design-To-Cost initiatives in coordination with other departments.
Providing support to various company functions throughout the manufacturing process, including operations, procurement, planning, program management, testing, and external vendors, to facilitate the successful realization of designs.
