Wife has dementia… only need someone to “visit” and talk while I cut grass, work in shop etc. No medical training needed but she does prefer female companion. I stay close and take care of all her personal needs. Only real labor is occasionally making lunch. She is fairly friendly (most of the time) and enjoys laughing.
