Handyman Services For Property Management Company Needed

Hello, as our company is expanding- we need some more handyman to help keep up with maintenance requests and/or make readys. Jobs could vary from plumbing, electrical, flooring, tiling, drywall, paint, cleaning, etc! Will require you to have you own tools (mostly, but if starting out -we can help provide) Must have own transportation and valid drivers license! Offering 1099 at first, and if everything works out- potential to become W-2 employee with competitive salary rates. Or can remain 1099 if that is a preference! Pay will be based off experience and quality work provided. We are flexible in negotiating hours, etc. Most jobs will be located in Copperas Cove.
