Sales manager are the sales leader of the store. The leader is responsible with setting examples of successful sales strategies through their own personal sales while coaching their Energy Pros. The Energy Pro is responsible for direct consumer engagement of Reliant/NRG electricity, security, and home automation solutions at major consumer retailers in your community. In partnership with NRG, 2020 Companies will train you to uncover consumer needs and overcome objections with a client-focused approach. Teams are trained to be flexible, engaging, and adept at solving problems and succeed in any environment.

As A Retail Sales Manager, You Will:

Oversee One Of Our Premier Retail Locations.

Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates (Energy Pros) To Engage With Consumers About Reliant Electricity, Security, And Home Automation Solutions.

Demonstrate, Through Your Knowledge And Passion, How To Become An Energy Pro.

Assess Client Needs, And Find Opportunities To Improve Energy Efficiency.

Teach Your Energy Pros To Uncover Consumer Desires, Deliver Catered Solutions, And Overcome Objections.

Foster Professional Relationships With Customers And Fellow Employees.

Collaborate With Your Team To Accomplish Goals And Celebrate Success.

Deliver Superior Sales Results With An Exceptional Customer Experience.
