Complex Resolution AnalystThe Retirement Complex Resolution Analyst is responsible for handling the research, remediation and reporting of issues related to complex OMNI issues. This includes but is not limited to global and plan level remediation research projects, bulk and individual corrective adjustments. Working under general supervision, this job manages the research, analyzes the data, summarizes the issue and reports/escalates the issue as necessary.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Handles complex global, plan and individual level adjustments and remediation projects.

Processes non-complex bulk account adjustments (Lost Earnings, Fund Lineup Changes, Contributions Corrections, and small benefit distributions).

Processes individual participant account adjustments (Non-excess refunds, incoming and outgoing cash adjustments, loans, brokerage).

Handles the research and reporting of issues related to OMNI including analyzing the data and appropriately summarizing the issue(s).

Performs root cause analysis and continuously works towards improving processes within the business and amongst our business partners.
