Part of the Student Union & Activities Custodial Operations team.

This position is an evening position. Weekday and weekend evenings are required.

Provide excellent customer service to guests, students, staff and faculty who visit the Student Union on a daily basis.

Cleaning and vacuuming carpets when needed, following procedures and instructions for the carpets.

Cleaning restrooms, wiping toilets, sinks, mirrors. Stocking all paper goods, soaps, and sanitizers multiple times per shift.

Removes trash from trash cans in all public areas including meeting rooms, offices, and restrooms. This should be performed multiple times throughout the day. Including cleaning and keeping all trash cans clean.

Maintain assigned custodial closet. Keeping it stocked and clean. Keeping equipment stored in the closet clean.

Report anything that needs to be repaired or that is damaged. For example, a sink is stopped up and needs to be fixed, or a toilet that is leaking, or the vacuum cleaner is not working. Reports should be made to the Associate Director and the Superintendent.

Clean water fountains daily.
