Pay Rate: $10.00 - $15.00 or DOE
Essential Functions:
Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables
Monthly Reconciliation of various accounts.
Vouchering invoices and Process check runs
Organizing and Reviewing Monthly Financial Information
Journal Entries
Prepare and process bills and other office documents
Collect information and perform Data Entry
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage time efficiently
Bilingual
Skills:
Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
Great Time Management Skills
Strong computer skills
Strong Communication Skills
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, ect¦)
Organizational Skills
Precise Data Entry
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (MUST have good grammar skills)
