We require the following personnel:
General Labor: We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team. No experience is needed.
Payment is $8.50 per hour to start 40-hour weeks
Maintenance handyman: 5 years of experience in maintaining apartments. Experience with Plumbing, electricity, and a/c is important—woodwork, landscaping, making it ready, etc.
We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team.
Payment will be $13.00 to start according to experience in all phases of apartment maintenance. Aircon knowledge a big plus
Maid: Someone who has experience cleaning apartments and houses. The work needs to be detailed.
