We provide full back office hands on support allowing our closers to focus on what they do best: selling and closing solar deals. In this exciting role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect with customers, educate them about solar energy solutions, and close deals that contribute to a sustainable future. Your passion for clean energy and commitment to exceptional customer service will drive your success as you help homeowners make informed decisions about their energy needs.
What you’ll do
Conduct in home or virtual consultations with a qualified lead. Engage with potential customers
Present solar solutions, explain savings, financing options, and contracts
Close deals and ensure smooth hand-off to the installation team
Build strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Experience
Proven track record in solar or high ticket sales experience in outside sales, within the solar or energy sector.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Comfortable working on high commission
Excellent presentation and objection-handling skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for in-home sales
Familiarity with South Texas energy rates incentives, and solar programs is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
Previous experience in door-to-door sales is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to connect directly with potential clients.
