NEED TO HIRE ASAP - INTERVIEWS TOMORROW - JOB OVERVIEW – We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Foreman with 3+ years of experience in Industrial and Construction management to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will travel to Job Sites 60% of the time being present and attentive to collaborate with assigned work team and address any necessary needs and issues that should arise.

QUALIFICATIONS – 3+ Years of Supervisory Experience in Industrial and Construction management with an expertise of pipe, valves and pumping installations with a plus in concrete, foundation and heavy equipment experience.

· Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

· Problem-solving skills when deemed necessary

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to lead teams effectively.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing Projects.

. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices relevant to construction sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES – Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

. Collaborate with project teams to review blueprints, schematics, and contracts, ensuring all aspects of the project are understood and executed accurately.

. Track projects materials and implement cost-saving measures.

· Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.

· Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

. Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record is required
