Perform final quality inspections on all serviced vehicles before release.
Verify all lug nuts are present, undamaged, and torqued to manufacturer specifications.
Inspect oil pan drain plug and oil filter housing for proper installation and leaks.
Use proper tools and PPE, ensuring torque wrenches and inspection equipment are calibrated.
Document inspection results using the QC Inspection Checklist for each vehicle.
Red-tag and report any failed inspections or safety concerns immediately to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager.
Record all corrective actions and re-inspect vehicles after repairs.
Ensure all completed checklists are signed, dated, and attached to the Repair Order.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Cashiers to verify QC completion before vehicle delivery.
