Lead capital projects from planning and design through installation, startup, and project closeout.Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to identify opportunities that improve reliability, efficiency, quality, and profitability.Manage contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout execution.Apply best practices in cost management, engineering design, utilities, controls, and safety.Review equipment specifications, proposals, and contracts to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and food safety regulations, including FSMA requirements.Serve as a trusted technical resource, recommending practical and cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.Support continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate opportunities that can evolve into future capital investments.Projects You'll Work On
