About the Role

We are looking for an Office Manager to join us on our journey to providing excellent service to customers as well as creating a positive work environment for our hard-working crews.
The Office Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks including employee onboarding, safety training, checking timesheets for accuracy, correcting missing punches, customer correspondence, as well as assisting in hiring and termination processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with hiring and employee onboarding processes as well as terminations
Basic administrative duties including correcting missed punches and scanning and emailing paperwork on a daily basis
Conduct new hire and employee safety meetings
Manage safety equipment including H2S monitor issuance
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Tracking and issuing workorders
Requirements
3+ years in management in a related field or similar experience/ training
Prior office experience including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Basic knowledge of employee onboarding including general HR knowledge
Willingness to travel within 30 miles to perform local errands
Bilingual strongly preferred
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
Available to be on-call after hours and on weekends as business needs require
Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Minimum education level: High School Diploma or GED
