We are looking for hardworking Lease Operators for permanent assignments. Full time, 10/4 Rotation, $30-$39/hr depending on experience. Includes company truck, gas card and benefits. Tools and three sets of FR clothing included upon hire.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Able to handle Central Production Facilities in Addition to their Routes
Handle troubleshooting in addition to Data Collection on Wells and Batteries
Ability to get to location in an Hour or Less for Call Out Work
Heavy Experience with Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, and DEHY units is a plus
Troubleshooting jet pumps is a plus
Reading and recording all needed meter readings
Comfortable with Production Software
Leading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance (including picking up litter on privately owned leases) and record keeping

Qualifications:
Pumper/Gauger experience
Ability and Experience checking well sites
Familiar with Stabilizers, Rotoflex, seat & trim, and CPF’s (Central Production Facilities)
Computer literate / input data into software (EVIN)
Experience handling facilities that produce 3000+ barrels a day
Background and References showing a strong work ethic
Must be willing to take and able to pass a Drug Screen once hired.
