Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an organized and meticulous Compensation Analyst to join our team in Pearland, Texas. The role involves supporting our team in numerous projects and duties related to employee compensation and performance review programs. This is a contract employment opportunity that promises long-term engagement.Responsibilities: Participate in compensation-related projects, assisting the team as necessary. Assist in the administration of the employee merit and performance review program. Maintain a schedule for job reviews in alignment with the quarterly review schedule. Monitor and track salary changes, ensuring compensation-generated adjustments are within the approved budget. Regularly audit compensation data for accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc compensation reports as directed by management. Ensure the Oracle HCM system accurately reflects salary structures, individual compensation changes, and any ad hoc compensation changes. Prepare necessary adjustments to the system as required. Maintain the integrity of all jobs-related data and job descriptions in Lawson. Assist in the maintenance and validation of the job description database, ensuring descriptions are prepared in a standardized format. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft technologies including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Skilled in Database management and Data Analysis Knowledge of Budget Processes and Auditing Familiarity with Oracle software Proficient in Documentation processes Experience in Materials Handling Ability to Review and make necessary Adjustments Knowledge of Finance and Salary Structures Experience in Validation Plans and ensuring Data Integrity Ability to Prepare Datasets for various processes Understanding of Clinical Trial Operations and Consumer Electronics Skilled in Specification and Optimization processes Ability to perform tasks Quarterly and maintain Proficiency in assigned tasks.
