This role involves providing confidential administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and responding to incoming mail. The position requires assisting with meetings, organizing events, and efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior management
Manage and organize executive calendars
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses
Handle incoming mail and prioritize action items
Assist with organizing meetings and off-site events
Manage multiple conflicting priorities and tasks in a responsive and efficient manner
Required Skills:
2+ years of administrative support experience at the senior management level
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Visio
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with senior executives
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 remote
