We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints. In this role, you will process orders and modifications, and escalate issues through multiple communication channels. To excel, you must remain calm when dealing with frustrated customers and have proficiency in using computer systems.
Pay: $24.71 - $31.22 per hour
