Leverage your strategic thinking and leadership skills to have a meaningful department-wide impact and partner with senior stakeholders to execute on key strategic priorities for the Legal department at JPMorgan Chase.As a Legal Strategy and Execution Project Manager within the office of the Chief of Staff, you will drive the execution of the Legal department's strategic vision. You will leverage your track record in program/project management and strategy development to provide thought leadership and partner with senior leaders in the Legal department for key initiatives. Through planning, program management and analysis, you will be able to successfully have an impact and execute on strategic priorities.The Legal Department at JPMorgan Chase & Co. manages legal and other risks, advises on products and services, interprets laws and regulations that impact the firm, and advises the firm on other matters. Lead strategic planning, program management and analysis efforts department-wide

Drive the department's priorities and measures of success with strategy and program work directly tied to delivery and execution

Determine the approach, establish structure and maintain discipline through project management methodologies and frameworks

Prepare executive presentations for the Legal Management Team, Program/Project Stakeholders and the firm's Operating Committee and Board of Directors

Develop "trusted advisor" relationships with General Counsel(s) and senior attorney(s) to strategize and spearhead various key initiatives

Provide senior leaders with advice and recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative data

Partner with senior stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across various department-wide and firmwide groups

Adapt to changes and revaluate strategies, as processes evolve and mature

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 7 years of extensive track record in in program/project management and strategy development, with the ability to influence and coordinate with senior leaders and deliver on execution

Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and balance complex needs

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage difficult stakeholders and build collaborative, cohesive teams

Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of management, including presentations to executive level business stakeholders and lawyers

Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to define and deconstruct problems, synthesize data, identify implications and make recommendations

Experience in multitasking, driving multiple initiatives and balancing competing priorities in a high profile and evolving environment
