Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Application Specialist with a strong focus on Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and advanced PL/SQL experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business functions, providing technical and functional expertise to ensure the efficient implementation, customization, and support of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, and others. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle ERP systems, Supply Chain business processes, and advanced SQL/PL SQL development for system customization, integration, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Techno-Functional Support:

Provide techno-functional expertise for Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including but not limited to Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Bills of Material (BOM), and Work in Process (WIP).

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality.

Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and interfaces (CEMLI) within the Oracle EBS framework using PL/SQL.

System Customization and Development:

Design, develop, and modify Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects to support business needs.

Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.

Develop custom reports, forms, and dashboards using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, or other reporting tools.

Business Process Support and Optimization:

Analyze existing business processes within the Supply Chain domain and recommend improvements to align with industry best practices.

Provide functional support for day-to-day operations, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

Participate in project implementations, including upgrades, new module implementations, and integration efforts with other systems.

Data Management and Reporting:

Design and develop complex SQL queries for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.

Create and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support reporting and integrations with other systems.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Oracle SCM modules and related systems.

Training and Documentation:

Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality, new features, and processes.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between SCM modules and other Oracle EBS modules.

Liaise with Oracle Support to resolve technical issues and apply patches or updates as needed.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of experience as a techno-functional specialist with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

Proven experience in PL/SQL development and Oracle database management.

Strong experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, and Oracle XML Publisher.

Knowledge of Oracle EBS data models, APIs, and interface tables.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, etc.).

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.

Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Certifications (Preferred):

Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management R12 Certification.

Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certification.
