Bring your passion and talent to a new role for PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) focused on creating solutions to bring intelligent insights from the IT services that drive the largest sector for PepsiCo. As a member of the Service Reliability function for PFNA, you will focus on actions that drive a clear view into how our organization is functioning, with stability as an underpinning concept. PFNA IT Service Intelligence Lead In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape this new capability leveraging your knowledge, collaboration and outside perspective to deliver on the core ask. As someone with skills in application instrumentation, we'll look to you to put in place appropriate solutions to provide both technical and functional insights to key business processes. In this role you will gain additional experience by:
  • Partnering with functional or business teams to extract the requirements to better manage business processes
  • Leveraging both technical and functional skills to drive solutions to ensure we are preventing or detecting issues before they become critical
  • Work with software solutions such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Elastic Stack, etc to enable the right visualization, monitoring and notification solutions that are required
  • Working in an agile way to deliver visualizations that serve both technical and functional users
  • Leading a small team in execution and analysis
  • Working across all key functional areas - this role focuses on PFNA overall and will involve engagement in multiple business processes across Supply Chain, Commercial, Data and Enabling Functions.
  • Partnering with internal and contractual team members alike

Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications: Education:
  • Bachelors degree in IT or similar field
Experience:
  • 10+ years of general IT experience
  • 5+ years with skills with tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Elastic stack, Dynotrace
  • 2+ years with dashboarding and reporting skills with tools such as Power BI
  • 2+ years working on cloud native technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • 4+ years general development experience
  • Wide understanding of key Pepsico processes preferred
  • Strong architectural experience
  • Effectively communicate complex tech. information. to various audience levels including Sr. Mgmt., user community, and junior staff members
  • People management skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of PepsiCo (or CPG) business processes
  • Agile program execution skills
  • Ability to lead a virtual team
