Job Description Field Strategy is seeking an experienced SharePoint developer to support the expansion of our field enablement site for internal resources. The engagement will be primarily focused on infrastructure and UI to support Training/Learning content. The ideal candidate is passionate about the digital space and understands the importance of a digital channel strategy that supports our client coverage teams. This individual is highly motivated, proactive in stakeholder engagement and able to multitask and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment. The role requires practical decision-making ability to deliver on-strategy, accurate and detailed solutions that are focused on delivering an excellent user experience. Responsibilities • Design and implement SharePoint solutions that focus on the user Training/Learning experience for Payments teams • Propose, execute, and scale new ways of creating sites and pages that expands business, product, services awareness and adoption globally • Project management discipline across initiatives • Proactively maintain feedback loop with end users to drive continual enhancements that optimize site effectiveness • Provide support to core SharePoint functionality with a focus on UX Qualifications • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in owning, developing and managing advanced internal SharePoint sites • Proficiency in advanced SharePoint layout, design, maintenance, site implementations and controls • Proven user experience capability and proficiency with HTML, Java and CSS • Strategic thinker with the ability to reimagine and transform • High degree of professionalism, flexibility and relationship building skills • Ability to work in a cross functional environment with multiple business functions and bring stakeholders to consensus • Highly responsive with ability to pivot as business and strategy needs evolve • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-oriented • Passion for the user experience Nice to have • Familiarity with Financial Services and Payments • Experience with Learning and Training Programs
