- Collaborate across Client teams to analyze and optimize their search and indexing needs for different forms of data
- Diagnose, fix, improve, and automate complex issues across the search stack to ensure maximum uptime and performance
- Defining Solr index schemas for various data elements and configuring the same for various priorities
- 5+ years of experience configuring, scaling, and troubleshooting search infrastructure (Solr, Elastic Search, Lucene API, etc.)
- Expert experience with Solr, particularly large data systems and upgrades
- Expert knowledge in Cassandra/Solr/Spark integration with search/indexing
- Programming experience in Java, Python, or similar languages
- Good analytical ability and strong collaboration and communication skills
