Find your future with us.The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards organization is currently seeking a Total Rewards Manager who will provide real-time leadership and consultation to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) in the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business unit for all areas within Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits).The role will serve as a team lead to the BGS Total Rewards Team and focus on Total Rewards strategies, program design, process, execution and communications to optimize the impact of the company’s investment in Total Rewards. This position will partner with the Compensation and Benefits strategy and process teams to develop Total Rewards strategies and solutions based on business, HR and transformation needs. This role will include a focus on transformation initiatives within BGS Total Rewards and broader Total Rewards. This critical role will develop holistic solutions and proactively bring insights and anticipate future trends to ensure Total Rewards programs and plans needed are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels.Position Responsibilities:

Lead team members in defining, implementing and administering Total Rewards plans, processes and tools, including the analysis of Total Rewards data and providing Total Rewards recommendations

Develop and execute integrated plans, policies and procedures and provide input on business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Develop Total Rewards solutions to enable business performance and ensure Total Rewards programs and plans are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels

Provide voice of the business input to Total Rewards strategy and process teams regarding strategies, program design, process, and communications to optimize the impact of the company’s investment in Total Rewards

Liaison with key stakeholders throughout the HR Community of Excellence (COE) to foster high-value, coordinated consultation for Boeing businesses and functions

Anticipate future trends for the enterprise and business units, and collaborate with HRBPs and other stakeholders to design breakthrough programs

Provide guidance, recommendations and education on TR matters

Deploy and monitor progress and results of compensation processes, procedures, guidelines, tools and schedules

Partner with Labor Relations on Total Rewards elements of union contracts and negotiations

10+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs

10+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting

10+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, or similar
