As a Sr. Advance Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mixed signal products through effective test engineering practices. You will lead and coordinate the testing activities for silicon wafer testing, working closely with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing and executing test plans and procedures. You will report directly to our Wafer Fab Engineering Manager and you will work out of our Richardson, TX location on a flexible work schedule. By analyzing test results, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations for product improvements, contributing to the overall enhancement of our solutions. Your technical guidance and support will empower the test engineers in your team to excel in their roles and deliver high-quality results. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and coordinate the testing activities for silicon wafer testing Develop and execute test plans and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering Experience with Teradyne, LTX, COHU or similar test equipment 5 years’ experience working in Production Manufacturing (Included) 2 years’ experience in C/C or similar used on automated wafer testing ( included) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in leading and managing a teamWE VALUE: 2 years developing test programs for Digital ASIC chips Strong leadership and coordination skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Continuous learning mindset Ability to adapt to changing prioritiesBENEFITS: Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
