About the Role: Are you interested in a sales career with a fast-growing company in the automotive industry? Dynatron Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for the origination, development, and eventual transition of leads to support the sales team. The SDR role is the first step in the sales team growth path. Through mastering and refining your skills within the SDR team, you can work your way into our growing Sales Team. Daily Expectations: The Sales Development Rep is an entry-level role with daily activity goals. This includes working cold, warm and hot lead lists that have been generated from marketing campaigns, databases, and current customer upsell opportunities. We expect each SDR to complete 80 calls a day, and 50 emails a day. We utilize outbound sequencing software that helps automate and organize your tasks, to optimize your output and results. Key responsibilities include:

Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

Working closely with the sales team to nurture any potential leads opportunities.

Utilizing lead generation techniques through a variety of mediums such as email, phone, and Linkedin.

Effectively collaborating with the entire Lead Generation Team and providing feedback to improve strategies and processes.

Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.

Effectively communicating and presenting Dynatron solutions and our value proposition to customers.

Demonstrating a commitment to the Dynatron Software product offerings, staying educated on the new industry regulations, our product solution changes, innovations, and trends.

Achieving lead generation call goal and appointment quota.

Maintaining accurate and efficient data entry into CRM System.

Compensation Range: $40,000 - 45,000/yr base salary plus lead generation commissions with no cap (commissions average $2,000 a month)
