PhD or Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Machine Learning or equivalent quantitative field
15+ years experience of applied science or complex software systems, especially involving deep learning, machine learning, LLMs that have been successfully delivered
5+ years in a management role overseeing applied scientists and/or ML/MLOps engineers
Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, Recommender Systems and LLMs
Experience with container & orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes etc) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
Ability to develop a long-term vision and execute strategies at scale while maintaining a grasp of technical details for better decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and pursue innovative projects. Experience in managing end-to-end AI projects including identification of customer needs, problem formulation, solution development, and deployment
Familiarity with state-of-the-art AI techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation and large language models, reflecting current trends and advancements in the field
