Northside CPA firm needs bookkeeper to keep multiple sets of books for firm's clients. Prefer degree in Accounting or Business College training and 3 year's experience in all aspects of accountingA/R, A/P, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Financial statements, payroll and payroll reporting, W-2 and 1099s. Applicant should be very proficient in QuickBooks and Excel and professional tax preparation software. Will be reviewed and supervised by a CPA or EA. Job is full-time M-F 8:30-5:30, some evenings and weekends during Tax Season. Tax Preparation experience is also required. Prefer someone who has worked in a CPA firm.
