What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day field operations for precast concrete projects
Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and subcontractors
Ensure installation meets quality, safety, and engineering standards
Solve on-site challenges and keep projects moving
Lead, train, and motivate field crews
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in precast concrete or structural construction
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to read plans and manage multiple job sites
Safety-driven, organized, and proactive
