Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.How You'll Shine:

Establish commonality and build rapport with owners

Pitch the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations as a VIP owner

Upgrade current owner accounts

Provide information and knowledge of Wyndham Destinations product

Analyze current owner's vacation package

Close the deal by utilizing proper closing techniques (average transaction $30-35K)

Attend daily/monthly/quarterly sales meetings and/or trainings

What You'll Bring:

Must have sales experience (car sales, cellular sales, commission-based sales, vacation sales, insurance sales, real estate, bartending, serving, solar sales, etc.)

3+ years sales experience preferred

Proven ability to handle common objections and rejection

Must be commission driven and money motivated

Positive, upbeat and professional attitude required

High School or equivalent required, College Degree in related field preferred

Training requirements

Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge and skills

Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.
